  Hands down best customer service EVER! I needed the windshield replaced in my Jeep Grand Cherokee but was on a timeline due to my work schedule. The windshield was ordered out of Province and replaced in my vehicle within 24 hours WOW. I would recommend this company for any type of vehicle or RV work. Thanks for making my first experience at Fenders a great one. I also noticed they sell tires at cost!!! :)

  Graham and the staff at Fenders are most honest and professional people I have ever dealt with here in Kelowna. They repaired my friends RV which no one else could do. Saved my friend thousands of dollars in repairs. I highly recommend Fenders for all your automotive repairs.

  My car broke down on the road and this place was the closest place to go to. I wish I had found some other place. My radiator was broken and they had to flush the transmission couple of times. The transmission now is in a horrible situation and shocks the cabin so badly, hesitates between gears and toggles between two gears back and forth. They charged me for $1414. I contacted them and they said everything was fine when we tested the car which is a complete lie. They mentioned take your car to a transmission shop ASAP!!!! They have broken my transmission and now they are giving advice after paying $1400.

  I took the car to a transmission shop and they are saying that they have done something during the flushing that you need to change your transmission!!!!!!!!!!
