  Pretty convenient place for West Kelowna. Staff are generally friendly and look the other way when I sample (I'm so sketchy and they know what I'm doing). Great place to get peanut butter or honey, smarter to buy these in bulk. Also have great natural bar soaps, go figure. They are the only place i know in Kelowna that carry my favorite candy, OMGs (from Winnipeg).

  Great selection, clean and the staff are very friendly. I was looking for something specific they were out of and the young man on the floor scanned the label and told me exactly when it would be back on the shelf.

  My friend is a very frequent shopper/lover of bulk barn and does most of the household shopping there. He is currently looking for a new job and thought that would be a wonderful enviroment to work in. After a week of waiting to hear back he gets the call about an hour ago from jonathan. My friend was very polite with the ONE sentance he was able to get out before your employee said. and i quote "well then i wont waste my time here" and hung up very abruptly. This is extremely rude and we will be taking our buissness else where and i wont be recomending this establishment to anybody again.

  A close friend had a very unprofessional encounter with someone over the phone inquiring a job. We believe to remember the name as jonathan.

  I had used to visit this location quite frequently.. it was my favourite spot; after having an initial experience with a associate named Jonathan. I will never be bringing my service or my families services back to this location. extremely rude and unprofessional, and has completely turned us off our whole experience based off of this interview call, please reorganize your hiring staff and or find people who actually deal with customer service properly..
