  Whenever I want to purchase electronics or computer/cell items I go to London Drugs. The staff in that department are always helpful and knowledgeable which is important to me. If you go to Walmart or some other place, the staff sell but don't know anything about the products therefore are unable to answer any questions. The after purchase service at London Drugs is awesome. You can go in months after a purchase to ask a question and they are more than happy to help you with any questions. 99.9% of the time as soon as I enter the department someone will approach me to see what they can help me with.

  Bought Dirt Devil a vacuum in April 2017 and when we went to buy a new filter they don't sell them. This would not be a problem, but Dirt Devil will not let me purchase them because I am in Canada. The vacuum repair places can not get them from their suppliers. This vacuum is less than 9 months old and is inoperable. When I spoke to a staff member she said they sell vacuums all the time to customers who cannot get parts for them. Can you say shoddy business practices. DO NOT PURCHASE VACUUMS FROM LONDON DRUGS!!!

  we have a 1.5 and 4.5 year old that needed passport pictures. We had gone to another business that was ok but in the end didn't want to try for a passport photo for our 1.5 year old. Then we met Loralee G. @ london drugs!!! greeted us with a smile and got it done =-) thank you for your positive attitude as well!
