  Wait times at banks always depend on number and needs of customers. I haven't found this branch to be any better or worse than any other bank I have used. Serves my needs and I have always been satisfied for the most part with CIBC

  They have been my bank for years. Every 6 months I received a phone call about making my money work for me. Upon being pestered and told im actually loosing money by having it sit in savings. A new girl put me in a low risk, 8 % average portfolio. Well a month into it I'm down 1000$. And have been told it's going down more. Thanks guys. I appreciate helping me loose my retirement money.

  If I could give you zero stars I would. Over 6 people in line with one teller open, while other workers are just hanging around not doing anything. And this isn't the first time I have witnessed this.
