  Went there 3 times and still didn't get the colour I initially wanted. Overcharged me for everything on top of that. Go to Plan B hair salon Kelowna, they're amazing. Never going back to Chatters again...

  I've tried Chatters in West Kelowna three times now, the first two for coloring, and decided I would never go back for that, and the last time for a cut. I did not get what I asked for, the length was off and it was so uneven between the sides that when I came home I had to cut two inches off of one side to make it even. Never, ever going back. Bad value and terrible expertise!

  Had some time and was able to get an appt with a senior stylist. Jen was extremely professional and truly listened and did an amazing cut. She wet and dry cut it, going the extra mile. My hair is awesome exactly like I wanted. Jen was amazing. Chatters is lucky to have a talent like her. The receptionist was friendly also!

  Update- the service manager contacted me initially, so I called this summer and she gave me what I wanted (8 months later). It was still shorter than what I'd wanted originally when they cut off 5-6 inches of hair, but the experienced (Master Stylist) I got for the recut was very nice, professional, and knew what she was doing. Now, she is the only person I would ever go to there. Thanks Emily.
