  The work was not completed properly and it was very evident that the bike was not taken out for a test ride prior to returning it to the customer. Rear brake was not bled correctly and rear derailleur not indexing properly, resulting in missed shifts and virtually no brake pressure.

  i can state with out hesitation and without a doubt that if you are unsure about getting into riding a bike again or looking for a bike for your child for the first time... Go see Glenn at Outbound Cycle you will not get a better product new or used and rebuilt, or quality customer service.

  Started shopping for a bike last year. I kept coming in to this shop and Glenn took the time to walk me through the process... You have to understand, i am in my sixties and haven't ridden a bike in over 50 years. i decided, due to age and balance issues, that a trike would be my best bet and with an electric component to go with it, this would be my dream bike. Well got it this week and I have to state that this is the best thing that i could have done and Glenn made it all possible with the customer service and the product and the way he didn't laugh out loud when i tried to ride for the first time and well it wasn't pretty.. I have a few more months to learn to ride this properly because this will be come my primary mode of transport when i move to Costa Rica. So i will have to work out a deal where Glenn and his family will have to come there to service the bike.

  Glenn has been selling bikes in the Westside forever. He knows his stuff and has provided solid service whenever I've taken any of our bikes to him. I find it refreshing to be a patron at a bike shop where the focus is on providing quality bikes, quality parts and quality accessories in the lost art of customer service he provides, not the up-sell culture of so many of the boutique bicycle shops. Just bought my new 2017 Rocky Mountain Growler bike-packing bike from him and true to form he built it quickly and researched all the packs and accessories I requested.

  I returned the bike to the shop a few days later and the issue was resolved within 2 days. The brake lines and shifter cables that were replaced were poorly reinstalled and barely held onto the frame with only a couple of zip ties, and I had to rectify once a had the bike back home. On top of everything, I was charged for a 'tune up'. There was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with this bike prior to going in. I'm not sure how they can justify charging for a 'tune up' IN ADDITION to the requested work.
