  In the meantime, I was trying to help myself and during that time, I couldn't help but hear , an associate in Aisle 11, making a phone call to someone regarding an order but then proceeded to engage in a lengthy casual conversation on the telephone while I continued to wait for assistance looking for what I needed, and I was fuming! I was in that Aisle for close to 20 minutes and not one single associate showed up. Aside from that one valuable employee and I wish I knew his name so I could commend him.... I am fed up with this place. I will be travelling into Kelowna to do my business from now on!

  Carol at the service desk is an excellent employee. Her customer service a 10! Her knowledge and skills 10! I would be proud to work with her she is capable flexible and goes the extra mile!

  I went into Aisle 12 looking for some screws and nuts, there were a few workers wandering around but they looked preoccupied with other customers, so I asked one of the 3 cashiers standing out near the main aisle (waiting for customers), if I could get some assistance in Aisle 12. She said she would call someone, so I went back to Aisle 12 and waited and waited.

  Was only there to browse but was approached by a very nice lady. And did end up buying an item. Store was very clean and well stocked.

  I am SO choked with my visit to Home Depot last night! First I must give recognition to one of the male associates that works in aisle 12, an older gentlemen, light coloured hair that wears glasses, He's awesome!!,...always knowledgeable and ready to help, BUT unfortunately he wasn't working last night.
