  Drove 4K km to BC from Ontario, I spent $350 on new tires $250 for a new windshield and to take my tint off , walked up to the counter with my provincial safety passed (that cost $150) my insurance abstract with no claims a PAP form to pay monthly with and my ID, my license, health card etc and was declined service because several letters on my birth certificate were “too faded”....beauocracy at Its absolute worst, making things as difficult as possible to squeeze every possible dollar out of hardworking people like myself, for shame

  Hi Monica - I do not see you on our history/database at the West Kelowna location , however I have seen your reviews on another broker . I hope you have a better experience in the future at your local broker.

  The agent who I delt with had glasses and shoulder length brown hair. She was awful and I will never deal with this location again because of her.

  I was just at the Sussex location at real Canadian superstore in West Bank Bc. The agent was extremely rude. I admit I got frustrated when I was told I would be charged to cancel my plate if I didn't have the registration. This didn't sit well with me as I have been in the car business for many years and have had agents cancel plates without registerations many times!! I told her she was getting brutal with me and her response was yeah well you're brutal. Her name is Corrine ( I think) I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. Also, She was trying to charge me to update my pre authorized payment information! The other agent ( a blonde woman) told her a few times there was no charge for it. She was very confrontational.
