Very friendly pharmacist, though they consistently seem understaffed and overwhelmed. Expect double the wait time they quote when dropping off a prescription.

I went to the pharmacy at 1:50pm today. The lady on the counter was extremely incompetent. Could not understand that me and my dad were separate people although I told her that she was looking at my dad's account three times. Then she gave me 30 minutes time to get my prescription. After 30 minutes, I was told 10 more and after 10 more I was told two more. The staff then avoided the front counter like a plague. After another 20 minutes of waiting, I politely asked for my prescription back. She said it's already ready but they messed up the label. Another 10 minutes later she told me that my insurance has expired. I asked for my prescription back and left. My insurance is valid and unchanged for a year. I am at a shoppers right now they have no issues with my insurance or putting pills in a bottle.
