    Steve was excellent help. Our Uhaul trailer was going to cost a crazy $1300 one-way. Instead of telling me to go online myself and try several other drop-off locations, he said he would call me back. Half an hour later, after trying various locations along or route, he called me back with a different drop-off and the cost was only $600. I didn't have to do a thing. This was really going above and beyond to deliver great customer service. Thank you!
